How do I join the Unlimited Wash Club?

You can purchase a membership plan right here on the website! Click on the “Join the Club” button (top right) and follow the instructions there. You can also purchase a plan at any Pumphouse^® Express Car Washes car wash location. Welcome to the Club!

When will I be billed for my monthly wash club membership?

The fee for the membership plan you purchase will be charged or debited monthly to your Payment Method on the day of month on which you signed up for the plan. However, if a membership is purchased on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, the renewal date will automatically be set to the 28th. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled.

How do I cancel my membership plan?

You can cancel your plan by contacting us at contact@pumhousecarwashes.com, by calling (830) 741-4485, or by visiting any Pumphouse^® Express Car Washes location. Please give us five days’ notice in order to cancel before your next monthly charge.

What happens if the credit or debit card to which my membership plan is charged expires?

If your payment method on file with us expires, you can add a new payment method through your online account. You will also be prompted to add a new payment method the next time you go through a Pumphouse Express wash. If you do not add a new payment method before your current method expires, your membership may be paused.
